How it works

No searching through folders of thousands of images, and nothing to install.

Register with a photo

Sign up for your convocation with your university email and upload one clear, front-facing photo. We check it for sharpness, lighting and a detectable face before accepting it, so matching starts from a good reference.

We match your face

Once the photographers have uploaded the event images, start a search from your dashboard. The system compares your face against every photograph, adapting for caps, glasses and beards, and scores each result from high to low confidence.

Download or get them emailed

Browse your gallery, download individual photos or the whole set as a ZIP. When the event closes we also email everyone their best photos with a secure download link, so you get them even if you never log in again.

Your face data, handled carefully

Only your own photos

Your gallery is scoped to your account. No student can browse another student's matches, and images are served through an authorised endpoint rather than a public file URL.

Per-event isolation

Every convocation has its own registrations, its own photo set and its own storage. Nothing crosses between events.

A reference, not a photo album

Your registration photo is used to build a numeric face signature for matching within your event. You can replace it at any time from your profile.
